Long Beach Man Killed in Angeles National Park Crash Identified

Palmdale, CA - A man was killed Wednesday, October 4, 2019, after his Ford truck drove down an embankment and collided into a mountainside. 

The crash happened on Angeles Crest Highway in the westbound direction around 8:15 pm. California Highway Patrol stated that drugs and alcohol did not play a role in the crash. 

The man, identified as 38-year-old Kavin Alexander Arnold, died at the scene. CHP investigators urged anyone who saw the crash to call them with information. Their number is 626-296-8100.
