Six-Car Crash Kills One Person in La Habra
La Habra (February 10, 2019) - On Sunday night, a six-car crash killed one person and injured six others in La Habra.
The incident occurred around 7:00 p.m. at the South Idaho Street and West Lambert Road intersection.
Los Angeles Fire Department and the La Habra police department were dispatched to the scene.
A vehicle driving eastbound on Lambert Road collided with another vehicle on Idaho Street driving northbound. Officials have not been able to identify the victim who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two people were trapped in their vehicles and had to be extracted by fire officials while another was hospitalized with critical injuries.
There are currently no other details about the remaining people involved in the accident. The cause of the incident is still under investigation and alcohol or, drug impairment could have played a role, according to police officials.
