Turlock, California - According to reporting from The Modesto Bee, one person was killed when a car and a pickup truck collided on a stretch of road, just south of Turlock.

The initial video and pictures that were obtained by reporters show that both vehicles sustained heavy front end damage.

The accident occurred at approximately 4:15 PM, on the afternoon of July 30th. Officers from the California Highway Patrol (CHP) and the emergency responders from the Turlock Rural Fire Station responded to the scene of the wreck.
