Klamath County Fatal DUI Accident

(KLAMATH FALLS, OREGON) Two men were involved in a fatal car accident in Klamath Falls, Oregon. The car crashed into trees on the side of the road after the driver lost control.

According to the Klamath County Sheriff’s Office, Mike Fowler, 49, was driving at high speeds early in the morning on Friday, April 12.

Mr. Fowler apparently lost control of his vehicle and crashed on the side of the road. Authorities reported alcohol as the primary factor in the crash.

Mr. Fowler’s passenger, Dale Faust, 53, was killed in the accident. Mr. Fowler was taken to a nearby hospital for minor injuries. He is currently in the Klamath County Jail on several charges, including manslaughter, driving under the influence, and reckless driving.
